Ballade de Laurence & Jeanmo au départ du Sizeray à Vallorcine à 8h00, monté à Loriaz, puis le col de la Terrasse. Redescente sur le col du Vieux, remonté au Cheval Blanc. Petit casse croute puis redescente sur les traces de Dinosaures.Passage sous la Veudale et contour des Perrons par le Barrage d'Emosson et retour sur le refuge de Loriaz.Petit rafraîchissement et resdescente au Sizeray. Arrivée vers 17h00.
